Health and safety when recording

Equipment -
Camera equipment needs to be kept in a place where no one will trip and fall over it.

Dropping weights - 
Be careful when someone is working out as they could have a heavy weight which they may drop. If this lands on you, it may break a couple bones.

Correct form - 
Ensure to have the correct form as if you don't it could end it disaster. Also make sure you stretch to ensure no pulling of the muscles or any damage to the muscles.

Spotting (when helping someone lift weights if they need) - 
As with correct form a spot needs to keep their eye on the person working out in case they're struggling with lifting weights.

Gym machines - 
Ensure to use gym machines correctly as you could severely hurt yourself.

Also be aware of other gym users as they may not want to be on camera because they are not comfortable with it.
